Features of Autoclave:
1. Fast-rising temperature of Autoclave
High-efficiency heat exchanger used in autoclave is adopted in the pot. After adding some circulation water into the autoclave, the packaging stuff can be heated from 20 ℃ to 121 ℃ in 10-15 min.
2. Stable temperature and heat distribution in autoclave
In the hot water spraying system, a series of nozzles are installed in the four angles of every pallet in the processing tank, which lead to the full contact between atomized hot water and the product so as to ensure the same temperature among areas in the autoclave.
3. Indirect heating and cooling prevent from secondary pollution [Autoclave]
Circulation water in autoclave is heated or cooled indirectly by plate heat exchanger and keeps bacteria-free condition during heating or cooling. After the sterilization, water drops in the pot and the surface of the packaging bag will be blown to dry. No white scale spot will be left. The package bag is clean and transparent.
4. Perfect pressure control is suitable for the sterilization of gas packaging [Autoclave]
5. Perfect rise and down of the temperature is suitable for the sterilization of fragile bottle
Circular water will be heated from normal temperature by heat exchanger when the temperature rise and the water also can be cooled down from current temperature by heat exchanger when the temperature down, so as to avoid the breakage of glass bottle due to different sharp time.
6. Automatic system of Autoclave
The whole sterilization process of the autoclave is controlled by PLC. It is a one-time action without manual operation. It utilizes the chart plate and touch screen control. All time intervals are controlled by the simulate sensor and automatic valve. The digital exhibition of pressure and temperature makes it applicable to input any pre-programmed pressure and temperature models into the computer. The computer can hold 100 sterilizing formulae.
7. Simulate temperature control system in autoclave where the setting of multi-stage heating system is available.
